Step 1:
How to make chicken strips? First, prepare the required ingredients. Remove the chicken fillet from the skin, if necessary, cut off all excess, rinse thoroughly and dry with a paper towel. Now cut the meat into fairly long strips about 2.5 centimeters wide.
Step 2:
Transfer the chopped chicken to a suitable bowl. Add water, olive oil, hot pepper, black pepper, dried garlic and salt to it. Mix well so that the chicken is evenly covered with marinade.
Step 3:
Cover the chicken with cling film and send it to the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours, or even better for 12 hours. In fact, it's convenient. Pickled in the morning, and in the evening you can already invite guests.
Step 4:
After this time, prepare a bowl with boiled water and a colander. Put a deep dish on the stove, I have a wok frying pan. Pour vegetable oil into it for deep frying and put it to warm up.
Step 5:
Prepare the ingredients for sprinkling. Add salt and paprika to the flour and mix until smooth.
Step 6:
Thoroughly roll the chicken pieces in flour.
Step 7:
Put all the floured chicken pieces in a colander. Then dip the colander in a bowl of water. As soon as the bubbles pass, pull out the colander, letting the water drain a little.
Step 8:
Now roll the chicken pieces in cornflakes from all sides. You can use unsweetened breakfast cereals instead of instant cornflakes. In this case, they need to be crushed, and after collapsing, press them well to the chicken with your hands.
Step 9:
Meanwhile, the oil has already warmed up enough. Transfer the chicken to a deep fryer to fry for about 10 minutes.
Step 10:
Put the finished strips with cooking tongs on a paper towel so that the excess oil is absorbed. Then transfer to a platter and serve to the table. KFS chicken strips are ready at home. Bon appetit!
In a well-known fast food restaurant, strips are served both spicy and original, that is, with less pepper content.
The strips according to my recipe are delicate, they do not have an eyesight sharpness. If you like it hot, feel free to add more burning seasoning.
If you do not have any of the proposed types of corn flakes at hand, then you can do without them. Just use flour for the second crumbling.
I guarantee that men will simply be delighted with this dish! Especially lovers of soft foam drinks. The main thing is not to harm the figure, everything should be in moderation. To offset the high calorie content of the dish, I suggest serving crispy strips with fresh vegetables and herbs. Enjoy your meal!
Use oil with a high smoking temperature for frying! Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it.
Unrefined oils, with rare exceptions, have a low smoking point. There are a lot of unfiltered organic particles in them, which quickly begin to burn.
Refined oils are more resistant to heating, and their smoking point is higher. If you are going to cook food in the oven, on a frying pan or grill, make sure that you use oil with a high smoking point. The most common of the oils with a high smoking point: refined varieties of sunflower, olive and grape.
