Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make McDonald's nuggets? Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2:
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it across the fibers into slices about 1 cm thick. Mash each slice a little with your hands, giving them a rounded shape.
Step 3:
Pour soy sauce over the chicken slices and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes. Periodically turn the chicken slices so that they are well and evenly marinated.
Step 4:
Combine the breadcrumbs with dried garlic, turmeric and ground pepper and mix.
Step 5:
Sift the flour into a separate bowl.
Step 6:
Beat the eggs lightly with a fork.
Step 7:
Dip the marinated pieces of chicken fillet into the beaten eggs first.
Step 8:
Then roll in flour from all sides.
Step 9:
Then dip the chicken in the beaten eggs again and pan in breadcrumbs.
Step 10:
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. There should be so much vegetable oil that it almost completely covers the chicken pieces. If you have a deep saucepan of small diameter, you can fry nuggets in it. Lay out the prepared chicken pieces and deep fry until golden brown. If the butter does not completely cover the chicken, as I have, then turn the pieces to the other side and fry until golden brown.
Step 11:
Put the finished nuggets on napkins to remove excess fat.
Step 12:
Then remove the napkins and serve the chicken nuggets to the table with cheese or sweet and sour sauce. Enjoy your meal!
Use oil with a high smoking temperature for frying! Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it.
Unrefined oils, with rare exceptions, have a low smoking point. There are a lot of unfiltered organic particles in them, which quickly begin to burn.
Refined oils are more resistant to heating, and their smoking point is higher. If you are going to cook food in the oven, on a frying pan or grill, make sure that you use oil with a high smoking point. The most common of the oils with a high smoking point: refined varieties of sunflower, olive and grape.
