Grate the cheese on a grater. Add the protein of 1 egg to the grated cheese, add a little salt and mix thoroughly. Using a teaspoon to form small balls. Pour the oil into a deep fryer, bring to a boil and fry the balls until golden brown. Even if there is no fryer, you can use any suitable dishes. It is advisable to take dishes with a narrow bottom and high edges to reduce oil consumption.
