Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
So we take such products. My cottage cheese is liquid. In Germany, this is exactly the kind of cottage cheese, so if you have a dry, grainy one, then scroll it through a meat grinder and add less flour.
Step 2:
Beat eggs lightly with sugar.
Step 3:
Add cottage cheese. And mix everything up.
Step 4:
Next, mix the baking powder with flour and add everything to the cottage cheese. Let's mix everything up. Let the mass stand for 10 minutes. While we heat the oil in a deep frying pan.
Step 5:
Heat up the oil. To find out whether the oil is heated or not, we lower a wooden spatula into it, if bubbles come from it, then the oil is ready. We reduce it to a small fire. And fry donuts. I took the dough with a spoon and rolled it in flour. These are the balls, then put in the oil.
Step 6:
There should be enough oil and the donuts should float. Turn them over with a fork. You need to fry over low heat so that they are well fried. We put the finished ones immediately on paper towels, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Step 7:
Bon appetit.
