Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Sift the flour into a deep bowl, pour in the high-speed yeast, mix. These are the ones I've been using lately.
Step 2:
Milk is heated in an iron bowl to a temperature of 50 degrees, then it can be poured. Add sugar and salt, mix until completely dissolved. The milk will just cool down a little to a temperature of 40 degrees.
Step 3:
In a bowl with flour and yeast, pour the milk mixture and vegetable oil 1 tablespoon.
Step 4:
We begin to do the kneading with a spoon. If you are so unaccustomed, then gradually pour the flour into the milk mixture and stir. I took the specified amount of flour, but the flour is different - it may take more or less by a few grams.
Step 5:
We hang the dough on the table. It should be soft, not tight. We make a bun, cover it with a bag or towel and leave it for the approach for 1 hour in a warm place where there are no drafts. I leave the dough on the table near the kitchen stove, which I turn on to supply heat.
Step 6:
After an hour, we knead the dough, form a sausage from it and cut it into equal parts - the size of the pieces will depend on the size of the donuts. I made small ones, so I cut the pieces into the right size.
Step 7:
Take one piece at a time and knead it into a flat cake with your hands. Spread the boiled condensed milk in the middle.
Step 8:
We gather the edges, as if forming a bag, and pinch them tightly so that the filling does not leak out during frying.
Step 9:
Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan, frying pan or other suitable vessel. I used a cast-iron mold for baking bread. We make the fire below average and dip our balls in boiling oil seam down. Fry on both sides until brown. Usually donuts turn over themselves. Ready-made donuts can be taken out on a paper towel.
With such donuts, even the most ordinary tea party will turn into a holiday. Cook for yourself, your loved ones, guests and friends.
