Cooking method
Peel the onion, cut into wide rings - about 7-10 mm thick. Put the rings in a bowl and fill with warm water. After 15 minutes, remove the onion from the water and remove the inner film from each ring, and use a sharp knife to remove the outer film.
Prepare two plates: sift flour into one, add salt, pour breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and grated parmesan into the other, mix. In a bowl, break the egg, pour in the milk, stir until smooth.
Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan, put it on fire.
Meanwhile, pan the rings in flour (it is better to divide them into parts and do it in batches of 2-3 sets), dip in an egg, roll in a mixture of breadcrumbs, cheese and sesame.
Fry the blanks in well-heated vegetable oil on both sides.
Put the finished rings on a paper napkin and serve them on the table after a couple of minutes.
Have a good time and bon appetit!
