Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 35 min

Continuing the theme of oriental sweets, I bring to your attention a culinary recipe for Turkish donuts. The dough is very easy to make and the whole process of cooking this food takes very little time.
So, boil 2 cups of water with lemon juice and granulated sugar. Then reduce the heat to the smallest and continue to boil. After 15 minutes, remove from the heat and leave to cool. Now we need to melt the margarine in a saucepan, add 1.5 cups of water, salt and boil. Immediately add all the flour and cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes. Do not forget to stir constantly! This pan is also removed from the heat and allowed to cool. Then add 2 eggs and egg yolk and knead the dough well. Now trust your imagination: it is necessary to tear off a piece of dough the size of a walnut, form a ball, press down slightly (to make a cake), make a hole (by pressing your finger in the middle).
Pour oil into the frying pan, heat and fry the donuts on both sides until they are ruddy. Then we lower each donut into the syrup for 15 minutes, and you can serve it to the guests. In Turkish cuisine, a doughnut prepared in this way is called very interestingly – a female navel =)
