Cooking method
1. Whisk the proteins to a density.
2. Chechil cheese is disassembled into fibers and finely chopped.
3. Chop the greens.
4. Mix the sliced cheese with whipped whites and flour.
5. We form balls from the resulting mass.
6. Roll the balls in breadcrumbs.
7. Heat up a frying pan with a thick bottom with vegetable oil well (or use a deep fryer).
8. Put the prepared balls in boiling oil in several pieces, fry until ruddy and golden.
