Step 1:
I took a whole fish and cleaned it to the state of fillet.

Mix eggs, seasonings, pepper, salt.

Mix with a whisk.

Add some water.

Add flour and mix everything well again with a whisk so that there are no lumps left.
Step 6:
Cut the onion.
Step 7:
Preheat the pan by adding oil. Sunflower oil can be replaced with olive oil.
Step 8:
Dip the fish in the batter.
Step 9:
Spread on a well-heated frying pan.
Step 10:
All other pieces can be put in a batter.
Step 11:
An unforgettable aroma begins to spread through the kitchen.
Step 12:
In the next frying pan, we begin to fry the onion.
Step 13:
Fry until golden brown and turn over to the other side.
Step 14:
When the onion becomes slightly transparent, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 15:
Put the finished pieces on a plate.
Step 16:
Our onion is almost ready.
Step 17:
We sprinkle our fish with the finished onion.
Step 18:
And after just a few 30-40 minutes, we have a very tasty dish ready.
