Ice cream according to this recipe is prepared very simply. Take half a liter of cream with a fat content of 35% and whisk them. When whipping, the main thing is not to overdo it, otherwise the ice cream will turn out to be excessively greasy.

Add a jar of condensed milk to the whipped cream, stir well. Now pour lemon juice (50 ml) into the resulting mass and mix everything.

Pour the future ice cream into a freezing mold and send it to the freezer. After 2-3 hours, take out the mold and mix the contents. This is necessary in order for the ice cream to taste tender and homogeneous, without ice crystals. Put the mold back in the freezer overnight.

Ready-made lemon ice cream before serving on the table, spread out in cremans and decorate to your taste. Bon appetit!
