Step 1:
How to pickle cucumbers in a bag with garlic? Prepare the products. Cucumbers can take absolutely any, even large varieties, they just have to be cut. But the most delicious lightly salted cucumbers are obtained from small fruits. I was cooking half a serving. In addition to allspice, you can take any other spices and seasonings. If you salt cucumbers in the summer, then dill umbrellas will do very well, they give a special flavor.
Step 2:
Wash cucumbers thoroughly under running water, you can even rub them with a brush with soda to wash off all the dirt. Cut off the tips of the cucumbers. If you have small cucumbers, then leave them as they are. If the fruits are large, then cut them either into quarters or into another number of pieces. Focus on the size of about 7 cm. Take a clean strong plastic bag of the appropriate size. Put the prepared cucumbers in it.
Step 3:
Wash the dill well under cold water, and then dry it with paper or ordinary towels. Excess moisture in dill will give extra liquid when salting, which is not needed. Pluck the dill twigs from the thick stems. Finely chop the prepared greens.
Step 4:
Peel the garlic and then slice. I prefer to cut garlic coarsely so that it can be easily removed later. If you are a lover of garlic, you can chop it or pass it through a garlic press.
Step 5:
Put chopped dill and garlic in a bag with cucumbers, add salt and sugar, put pepper. I've never put sugar in lightly salted cucumbers before, but in vain, it gives a special touch to the finished dish. Tie the bag, leaving a lot of air in it. Shake it well from side to side so that all the products are mixed.
Step 6:
Put the bag of cucumbers on a plate, as liquid may be released. Leave the bag at room temperature for 4 hours. This time is enough to get delicious, crispy, lightly salted cucumbers. Store the finished cucumbers in the refrigerator, but not for long. It is advisable to eat them as they are cooked.
