Step 1:
To prepare a delicious snack of crispy cucumbers with a filling and an individual shade of taste, we prepare the necessary products and spices.
Step 2:
In a special and correct way, we cut the required number of cucumbers, each into four parts, rub them well inside and out with salt so that they absorb the latter fairly well in a very short time and put them in a cup.
Step 3:
Cut the green onion with large feathers and crush it well, make it soft so that it is more convenient to use in the preparation of our snack and put it in a separate bowl.
Step 4:
Finely chop a small amount of dill greens with parsley, to give the snack a wonderful flavor and add it to a bowl with green onions.
Step 5:
Cut half of the onion head into thin half rings, finely chop three cloves of garlic and add to the greens in a bowl.
Step 6:
Grate one carrot on a Korean grater and put it in a common bowl with all the ingredients, add ten grams of paprika for flavor and one teaspoon of Korean carrot seasoning.
Step 7:
Also add a handful of sesame seeds and three tablespoons of soy sauce to the common bowl.
Step 8:
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a bowl and prepare the filling for cucumbers.
Step 9:
Properly rinse the cucumbers under running water, which have absorbed enough salt in 15-20 minutes and put out a colander so that the excess water runs into the cup.
Step 10:
We stuff cucumbers with the prepared filling and put them on a plate suitable for this, and sprinkle our dish with sesame seeds on top to taste.
