Step 1:
Wash and dry the products.
Step 2:
Chop the cabbage, cut the bell pepper into thin strips (remove the seeds). Chop the onion into half rings. Carrots cut into strips or grate, as you like more. Mix all the vegetables with each other.
Step 3:
Add salt.
Step 4:
Add sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil.
Step 5:
Shuffle.
Step 6:
Let stand in a bowl for 40 minutes until the juice is released. Sterilize the jars.
Step 7:
Transfer the salad to prepared sterilized jars. Close the lids and put them in a cool place until winter. The salad will stand quietly in the cool (cellar) until winter.
