Cooking method
1.We interrupt the plums, removing the leaves and rotten fruits. Garlic is also cleaned and if the cloves are large, cut in half.
2. We sterilize the cans, it is possible in the oven, microwave oven, it is most convenient for me to do it for a couple.
3. We put spices on the bottom and pour plums on top.
4. Cook the marinade and fill the jars with it to the very top, cover with lids and let stand for 20 minutes. Repeat the procedure again: drain and boil the marinade, pour the plums and carefully tighten the lids.
