Bruschetta with pickled pepper and feta

Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
For cooking, we will need slices of baguette, pickled bell pepper (I pickle it here according to this recipe http://1000.menu/cooking/10904-perets-zapechennji-marinovannji ), feta and fresh parsley.
Step 2:
In a well-heated dry frying pan, dry the bread until golden brown, try not to over-dry, inside the bread should still remain soft.
Step 3:
If the bread is still over-dried, then sprinkle them with olive oil on top. We spread the pickled Bulgarian pepper on slices of bread (I pickled the pepper with garlic, so I got a piece of garlic for each toast).
Step 4:
Crumble the feta into small pieces and spread it on the pepper. Decorate with a sprig of parsley and serve.
