Step 1:
Peel the pepper from the seeds and slice it thinly. This will be the basis of the salad. We gave them the dish right away.

Peel the garlic, wash it, dry it and chop it finely. We send it to a bowl and sprinkle it with a mixture of crushed peppers (ideally, red hot).

Cut green onions into strips.
Step 4:
Let's cover the ready-made wood mushrooms in the format that you like best.
Step 5:
Slightly crush the cucumber with a knife, beating it from above. And then we will cut it large.
Step 6:
After sending the mushrooms and cucumbers to a bowl, chop the dill, combine everything in a bowl. Sprinkle with sugar, sprinkle this beauty with vinegar, sauces and oil. Mix it well. Put it all on the pepper and sprinkle with sesame seeds. It would be nice to serve the salad cold.
And more tips
If you do not have ready-made wood mushrooms, but there is a blank, pour them in advance for 2-3 hours, that is, cook according to the instructions. And then boil them in another water for 10 minutes. Fill with cold water, hold them in it. As soon as they increase, you can use them by blotting them with a napkin.
The components proposed by me can be alternated – to your taste.
You can fry the ingredients used in the oil in which garlic and spices were fried. But get a very high-calorie dish.
You can take not only sesame oil.
When you pour sugar, do not rush to spread everything at once – taste it.
