Cooking method
1. Tomatoes are washed, cut into quarters (small - in half), cut out the stalk.
2. Garlic is cleaned, cut into plates.
3. At the bottom of sterile jars we spread cloves, allspice and black peas.
4. We put pieces of tomatoes in jars with spices, shifting them with garlic plates.
5. Pour water into a saucepan, pour salt and sugar, spread the bay leaf, send it to the fire and boil for 4 minutes from the moment of boiling, then pour in vinegar.
6. Fill the jars with tomatoes with marinade, cover with sterile lids.
7. In a large saucepan with a high side, we place the blank jars, placing a linen kitchen towel under them. Pour hot water into the pan so that it reaches the hangers of the jar. Sterilize for 20 minutes from the moment of boiling.
8. Well, the last "touch" - we roll up the cans, turn them upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket (blanket) and leave them for a day, after which we put them in the pantry.
