And it is prepared like this: At the bottom of a sterilized three-liter jar, crumbled garlic cloves, onions, dill greens, horseradish leaves, currant leaves and peppers should be put. Put clean tomatoes in the prepared jar, fill them with boiling water for 10 minutes. After a while, drain the filling into a saucepan. Add sugar, salt and heat it to a boil, then pour in the vinegar. Pour the stacked tomatoes with boiling brine and immediately roll up the lids. After that, turning the jar upside down, wrap it up until it cools completely. After the jar cools down, it must be removed to a cold place.
