To begin with, wash the pineapple, blot it with a towel, clean it and cut it into large pieces. Do not forget to leave rings to decorate the finished cocktail.
Now it is necessary to squeeze the juice out of the sliced pineapple. Pour coconut milk (or cream) into a suitable container, add pineapple juice and whisk with a blender to a thick foam. Add ice and whisk again until the drink becomes creamy, homogeneous consistency.
Pour the finished cocktail into a glass, decorate with vanilla pods and a pineapple circle. However, you can decorate to your taste, for example, coconut chips are perfect.
