Step 1:
We take dark chocolate, without any additives. We also prepare the rest of the products according to the list.

So, we start by thoroughly rinsing the low-salted fat.

Then dry it with a paper towel.

After that, cut the prepared fat into thin slices about 0.2-0.4 millimeters thick.
Step 5:
Now melt the chocolate in a water bath. To do this, we place a chocolate bar broken into pieces in a small iron bowl, which we put in an iron bowl with a larger diameter or a saucepan with water. We make a medium fire and wait for the water to warm up in the lower bowl. Immediately after that, the chocolate will begin to melt. Do not forget to constantly stir the resulting mass. You can also melt chocolate in the microwave, which is much faster and easier.
Step 6:
Mix the loose ingredients in a bowl: cardamom, ground black and red pepper. All components should be evenly distributed among themselves.
Step 7:
Now we take the slices of lard prepared in advance and roll them in the right amount of sprinkles.
Step 8:
After that, dip the fat in melted chocolate.
Step 9:
The blanks are alternately laid out on foil, which is better to put on a kitchen plate or baking sheet.
Step 10:
We send our treat to the freezer overnight.
Step 11:
In the morning you can already taste the sweetness.

Due to the fact that seasonings are added to the chocolate mass, it turns out that this is a snack option. I did this dish for the first time, now I will cook more often. My friend shared her advice on how to cook lard in chocolate with small additions. So, she adds ginger (1/3 teaspoon) and a pinch of nutmeg to the chocolate - according to the proportions specified in the recipe.
