Non-standard combination of taste for gourmets! Every housewife, for sure, has heard of such a dish as lard in chocolate. I think few people have tasted this dish. I really like to experiment, that's why yesterday I took up the preparation of this sweet according to a very simple culinary recipe.

    Now melt the chocolate in a water bath. To do this, we place a chocolate bar broken into pieces in a small iron bowl, which we put in an iron bowl with a larger diameter or a saucepan with water. We make a medium fire and wait for the water to warm up in the lower bowl. Immediately after that, the chocolate will begin to melt. Do not forget to constantly stir the resulting mass. You can also melt chocolate in the microwave, which is much faster and easier.

    Mix the loose ingredients in a bowl: cardamom, ground black and red pepper. All components should be evenly distributed among themselves.

    Now we take the slices of lard prepared in advance and roll them in the right amount of sprinkles.

These are the original sweets we have turned out with you. They taste unusual, but I really liked them. Due to the fact that seasonings are added to the chocolate mass, it turns out that this is a snack option. I did this dish for the first time, now I will cook more often. My friend shared her advice on how to cook lard in chocolate with small additions. So, she adds ginger (1/3 teaspoon) and a pinch of nutmeg to the chocolate - according to the proportions specified in the recipe. In some restaurants, this dish is served for dessert, I can imagine how much it costs! Whether it's the case to make lard in chocolate yourself - and the process is interesting, and you can save well.
