Cooking method
Combine water with sugar in a saucepan. We leave it to keep on fire. Boil it. As soon as the water boils, we immediately remove it from the stove and throw pieces of pickled cucumber without skin into the saucepan.
After letting the mixture cool down, we will find that we have a sweet liquid mass with the taste of cucumber. Now we take up the watermelon pulp, grinding it with a food processor. We combine the semi-liquid mass with our unusual syrup and lemon juice. The result is stirred.
