Step-by-step cooking
To make a children's cake, rub cottage cheese with butter and sugar. Divide the resulting mass into two parts: add cocoa to the first, raisins to the second. We take cookies.Wetting each cookie in milk, we spread the cookies on foil or polyethylene. On this layer we will apply cottage cheese with raisins, then cookies again, the third layer-cottage cheese with cocoa and cookies again. If there are still cookies and cottage cheese left, we stack them alternately in layers, but the top layer must necessarily be cookies. We cover the top of the cake with pre-cooked icing and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours for impregnation. On top of the cake, you can decorate with berries or thick jam.To make it easier to eat the cake, it can be divided into pieces and beautifully put them on a round large dish. Keep the cake in the refrigerator.Bon appetit!
