Today I would like to share with you a culinary recipe for a cake that resembles the taste of many favorite sweets "Raffaello". By the way, the preparation of this delicious food will not require any special time and effort. Meanwhile, the result pleases not only you. So, meet the cake without baking.
Beat the yolks with sugar. Add flour and pudding (starch is possible) and milk. We'll beat everything again with a mixer. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil over low heat with the rest of the sugar. Add the cooked mass and we will also cook on a small flame – until the mass has the consistency of pudding. Let's cool it.
Now beat the butter with a mixer. And here we will add a gradually cooled mass. Pour in the coconut chips and mix. We will put our crackers on the bottom of the round shape and cover them with one third of the entire mass. Then, in turn, put layers of cookies with a creamy mass (the last layer should be creamy).
Sprinkle the top of our cake with coconut chips and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
You can decorate the top with roasted peanuts. And also with almonds. The taste will be great. But it's delicious without nuts.
