Step 1:

Step 3:
After the specified time, the duck legs are washed in running water and dried with paper towels.
Step 4:
Mix the crushed spices together and rub the legs with them.
Step 5:
We put the meat in the refrigerator for seven to ten days. As a result, we will get an excellent delicacy.
