Step-by-step cooking
Cook pasta in salted water until fully cooked.
Pour olive oil into a frying pan. Rub the garlic, cut the parsley. Preheat the frying pan, add garlic, parsley and pasta. We mix all this and turn off the gas when the garlic has already become dark golden in color.
Put the pasta in a frying pan and fry it all for 1-2 minutes. After sprinkle with grated cheese.
