Properly wash the radishes. Then we cut it like this: if it is very large, then into two parts. If small, then completely. Radishes are cut into very, very thin plates so that they are already translucent. Then we salt it and press it with our hands like dough. Let him allocate some juice.

Put the radishes in a salad bowl, sprinkle with dill.

Pour vegetable oil and vinegar to taste, mix.

Now let this summer salad stand for fifteen minutes, properly soaked. And you can safely serve it on the table as an appetizer to the main dishes or a salad with vodka. Such a light and simple salad goes well with fried potatoes (and boiled too).
