Cooking method
Choose a small deep bowl, break the egg, pour sugar. Using a conventional fork, beat until smooth.
In a separate cup, dissolve the coffee with boiling water.
Pour vegetable oil and coffee into the egg mixture.
Sift flour with baking powder and cocoa. Mix well. The dough turns out not steep, but thicker than pancakes.
Lubricate the mugs with vegetable oil and spread the dough in them by 1/2 volume.
We cook in the microwave on the most powerful mode for 3-5 minutes (we check the readiness with a wooden skewer - if it is dry, the cake is ready).
Serve it to tea in a warm form. Bon appetit!
