Step 1:
Cut the meat into two parts, beat it off with a hammer and cut into small portions.
Step 2:
We put the meat in a bowl and marinate it with starch, paprika, soy sauce, black pepper and chili sauce.
Step 3:
Chop the onion.
Step 4:
Cut garlic cloves into thin slices.
Step 5:
Slice tomatoes with a sharp knife.
Step 6:
Slice the pickle.
Step 7:
Cut the carrot into thin slices.
Step 8:
Chop some hot pepper.
Step 9:
Grate the ginger root.
Step 10:
Heat a frying pan over high heat, add vegetable oil and mix the pickled meat again.
Step 11:
We put the meat in a frying pan and stir fry with a spatula, then add garlic, ginger and onions to the meat.
Step 12:
Add carrots, bell pepper, chili pepper to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 13:
Add tomatoes and a pickle to the meat with vegetables.
Step 14:
Simmer the dish for another 3-4 minutes and turn off the stove.
Step 15:
We spread our prepared Thai meat on a festive plate with lettuce leaves and decorate with sliced lemon slices.
