Cooking method
1. Peel the garlic, wash the parsley, dry it.
2. We clean the seeds from the pepper (it is not necessary to extract the seeds from the pepper, although it should be remembered that they give even more sharpness. It is necessary to work with hot pepper in gloves, otherwise you can get a burn). 
3. Grind all the ingredients with a meat grinder.
4. Add salt to the resulting mass, mix.
You need to store spicy lard for sandwiches in the refrigerator.
