Cooking method
1. Jerusalem artichoke is cleaned, washed. You can clean Jerusalem artichoke with a knife, and if there is no damage on the skin, then with an ordinary metal brush (which is usually used to clean young potatoes).
2. We rub the prepared jerusalem artichoke on a coarse grater, you can also use a julienne grater, as you like.
3. Salt the salad to taste and season with sour cream, mix.
