Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare a simple set of products.
Step 2:
Break the eggs into a bowl, salt and pepper to taste. Stir with a fork or whisk. It is not necessary to whip into a lush mass!
Step 3:
Add milk.
Step 4:
Mix everything well.
Step 5:
Molds or cremans, or cocotnits - what is available - lubricate with odorless vegetable oil. You can even take cups or glasses - what is there)
Step 6:
Pour a little of our "dough" into each mold. The products here are listed in three portions, so we divide the entire volume into three molds.
Step 7:
Put a tablespoon of grated cheese in each mold. We put it in the microwave for 3-4 minutes. At first, the mass will rise well, then it will fall a little - this is all normal) If the omelet is runny, put it on for another minute. Be guided by your microwaves. My 850 watts of power was enough for me for 3 minutes.
Step 8:
Here is the finished omelet. It smells amazing!
Step 9:
Brew tea or coffee, who likes what, and treat the family to a morning omelet! May the morning be good!
Step 10:
Bon appetit!
