Mascarpone vanilla cream

Airy cream cream is perfect for almost any occasion. Mascarpone cream in a chilled form is good because it can be served as an independent dessert, fill cake baskets with it, smear the upper and side parts of the cake (thick cream). If you add additional ingredients to the cream: ground nuts, chocolate, cocoa, you will get a completely new taste. Mascarpone cream is made according to Neven Maguire's recipe.

Put mascarpone in a convenient bowl and mix with vanilla sugar.

Sift powdered sugar through a fine strainer and add to the cream.

Pour in the brandy.

Grate the citrus zest on a fine grater and mix into the cream.

Mascarpone cream is ready.
