To get a fluffy mass, rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve, mix with granulated sugar or powdered sugar, beat well.
Soak the gelatin in half a glass of water. Whisk cream into a fluffy foam.
Add fragrant vanilla, fried nuts to the curd mass (they are more fragrant from frying), lemon zest, melted gelatin and air cream, send it to the refrigerator for 2.5 hours. This cream can be filled with our eclairs.
You can diversify the cream with the help of berries – strawberries, raspberries, pieces of peaches and apricots.
