When you need to cook a salad very quickly, I certainly remember my friend, whom I call and get the recipe of the day. That's what I did when the guests were supposed to arrive in less than a few hours, and nothing but tea was served, but there were some eggs, ham and a lot of different spices. Oh, it's not for nothing that I asked for a new recipe that day! Ham salad with crackers, plus celery, has become one of my favorites. I cleaned and washed the celery root, cut it into round plates and put it in a deep saucepan. I dissolved the salt in a cup of boiled water and poured lemon juice into it. He boiled it on a quiet fire for a quarter of an hour, and then drained the water and dried the celery. In a mixer, I made a batter of eggs, oregano and half a curry. When the celery cooled down, I dipped each of its circles in batter, rolled it in breadcrumbs and flour and fried it until a light blush in melted butter in a frying pan. The dressing was prepared as follows: mixed curry with sugar, pepper, crumbled green onion and sour cream. After that, all I had to do was slice the ham, mix it with fried pieces of celery and pour sour cream dressing over the food. You can decorate this yummy with anything: olives, herbs, pomegranate seeds, in a word, who has enough imagination for what.
