Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. To prepare a sweet rice casserole in the oven, we will need: 350 ml of milk; 200 g of rice; 50 g of sugar; 2 eggs; 1 tbsp breadcrumbs; 1 tsp butter; 1 tsp vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
Step 2:
Rinse rice thoroughly until clean water.
Step 3:
Boil rice in plenty of salted water until half cooked for about 10 minutes.
Step 4:
Then flip the rice into a colander and let the water drain.
Step 5:
Return the rice to the pan and put it on the fire. Pour milk into a saucepan, bring to a boil and, stirring, cook a viscous porridge over low heat.
Step 6:
The degree of cooked rice can be any, depending on preferences. Cool the finished porridge to room temperature.
Step 7:
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
Step 8:
Pour the beaten eggs with sugar into the rice porridge. Mix it up.
Step 9:
Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the rice-milk mixture into it and smooth it out. Bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for about 30 minutes.
Step 10:
Cool the finished casserole slightly and remove from the mold. Bon appetit!
