Sweet Baked Rice Pudding (Oven)

A wonderful breakfast you can make the night before. This sweet baked rice pudding is a real treat! It's so filling it can stand in for both breakfast and dinner. The rice pudding is easy to cut into slices of whatever thickness you like and take along to work or school. It's equally delicious cold or warm.

    Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
