Step-by-step cooking
Grind cottage cheese with yogurt with sugar and yolk. Add coconut chips and knead such a mass that it is convenient to make balls out of it.
Stick small balls and put in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
Beat butter with sugar, add eggs, protein, sour cream, baking powder, flour. The dough will turn out a little thicker than sour cream.
Cover the form with baking paper. Pour out half of the dough.
Add cocoa and milk to the remaining half of the dough. Mix well.
Carefully pour the chocolate dough on the white and evenly distribute. Place coconut balls on top.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool.
Mix part of the milk with the custard mixture.
Bring the rest of the milk to a boil. Pour the diluted mixture with custard into it. Stir until thickened.
Add soft butter and beat until smooth cream.
Spread the cream on the cooled dance floor.
