To prepare fried pollock with rice and pickles, we first need to buy fresh pollock at the market, frozen will also go. Frozen pollock is thawed at room temperature, then cleaned, thoroughly washed and cut into small portions. These pieces are rubbed with salt, juice squeezed from one lemon and left to soak for 10-15 minutes. After that, we put a frying pan on the stove, and when it heats up, pour sunflower or olive oil into it. Pour a little flour into a plate and roll the pieces of fish in this flour, and fry them in a heated frying pan. Fry each side for about 5-7 minutes on medium heat. Cook rice. In a saucepan, we collect water and put it on the stove. As soon as the water boils, we spread the carefully washed rice and cook it for 15 minutes. Then we throw the rice into a colander and let the water drain. We put fish in a plate on one side, rice on the other side. We cut the pickles into thin slices and decorate our food. Wash the parsley and put it on top and on the sides of our dish. You will need such a culinary recipe not only for holidays, but also on weekdays. Bon appetit!
