Manty is an amazing taste of oriental food cooked on a steamer. It is not difficult to cook it at all, there would be a desire and time. In order to prepare the dough according to this culinary method, we mix salt, egg and water thoroughly in a deep bowl. In a deep bowl, sift the flour, make a recess, and gradually pouring out our mixture, knead a pretty steep dough. Then, we put it in a regular bag and leave it to stand for about 10 minutes. And we proceed to the filling – here, if you do not want to take ground beef, you can pass the fatty beef through the meat grinder yourself. We wash the cabbage and chop it with straws. Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into cubes. Then put the minced meat, cabbage and onion in a deep bowl. All these filling ingredients are thoroughly mixed, then pepper and salt to taste. During this time, the dough has grown and has already become softer. Divide the dough into small balls, roll out each ball into a thin plate, and put the filling in the middle of each circle and close the manti. Then we lubricate the tiers of the steamer with butter, and spread the ready-made mantas on them. Cook Manti with meat and cabbage for about 45 minutes for a couple. We serve this dish on a large glass, pouring fried onions and butter from it on top. Bon appetit!
