Chocolate souffle with vanilla flavor

Chocolate souffle looks spectacular, but it tastes amazing! I really like sweets. And, of course, sweets prepared at home cannot be compared with purchased ones. Therefore, I have one culinary recipe for a chocolate souffle in stock, which I cook for my beloved family.

So, let's get started. First, we will lubricate the molds for our souffle with butter. Sprinkle them with sugar.
In a small saucepan, mix the milk and butter, and bring the mixture to a boil over low heat.
Separately mix the eggs, sugar and flour, then pour the milk there. Mix thoroughly.
We move the resulting mass into a saucepan from under the milk, bring it to thickening on the same slow fire. We add pieces of chocolate there, wait until it melts. After that, stir everything again and add a few drops of vanilla extract (or vanilla).
Then we put our cream in a bowl, whisk the whites in a separate bowl and add to the cream. Small pieces of chocolate are also sent to the same place, after which we gently mix with a whisk (preventing the proteins from falling off).
Divide the mass into 4 parts, put into molds and bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. And in no case do not open the oven at this time, otherwise the souffle will settle!
And now you can try this delicate work of art. Such food will be to everyone's taste!
