Very important: this Italian cabbage lasagna will taste better if it is cooked from young cabbage. Therefore, this dish can be attributed to seasonal dishes, namely: spring, when the first white cabbage appears. I borrowed this recipe from a women's magazine, it was personally tested by me and my friends. The result is beyond praise.
Chop the cabbage finely, then knead it the way we knead the dough. Cut the onion into rings, fry it in butter, season with chopped celery. Now add the smoked chicken cut into small pieces and simmer for about seven minutes. We spread the cabbage here, heat it up slightly and immediately remove it from the fire. We throw butter into the ladle, add flour, then pour in milk and bring it to a homogeneous state. This is our bechamel sauce.
Pour the sauce into the mold, cover with lasagna, on which we spread vegetables and grated cheeses on top. Pour all the sauce, cover with lasagna and so on. We should have grated cheese on top. That's it, the food is baked in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
As you can see, cooking lasagna is quite simple, and even interesting.
