How to make a salad of black radish with carrots and green onions? Such vitamin salads must be included in your diet. Serve radish salad with meat dishes, it also goes well with fruit. For those who do not like the bitter taste of radish, but do not want to deprive themselves of vitamins, there is good news. The bitterness can be removed, this is where we will start preparing the salad:

- so, first of all, peel the radish, wash it under running water;

- grate on a coarse grater, put in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, leave for half an hour;

- after the specified time, the vegetable will release the juice, and with it most of the bitterness will go away, while all the useful substances remain;

- squeeze the juice, put the radish in a salad bowl;

- peel the carrots, wash them under running water, also grate them on a coarse grater, put them in a salad bowl with radish;

- wash the green onion feathers, dry them with paper towels, cut them into thin rings, send them after the carrots;

- season the salad with refined sunflower oil, add salt to taste, mix;

- serve on the table in small portions, bon appetit!

By the way, sunflower oil can optionally be replaced with any other vegetable oil to taste. It is better to use homemade vegetables grown in environmentally friendly conditions, then the benefits of the salad will be maximum.

Despite all the benefits of radish, there is a category of people who cannot eat it. This applies to those who suffer from peptic ulcer or gastritis, which are accompanied by high acidity. You also need to be vigilant for those who suffer from enterocolitis, pancreatitis, and have recently suffered a heart attack.

Salad will look nice and neat if you cut all the ingredients into pieces of the same size and shape (for example, cubes).
