History says that Uzbeks are considered to be the inventors of the now popular crispy pies with meat filling. Naturally, in their original form, pasties were something else, not like pies with crispy dough and juicy filling. The Crimean Tatars made significant amendments to the process of cooking this dish, as a result of which the pie "cheburek" already known to us appeared. Although every housewife has her own proven and favorite recipe for making dough for chebureks, as in principle, the filling is made different, not only meat, who adds milk or kefir, sour cream, vodka, vegetable oil, sugar to the ingredients. To find the best and your own recipe, you need to try at least a few of them.
