Cooking method
1. Wash the carrots, boil until tender. Peel the boiled carrots.
2. Peel the herring from the skin and remove the bones to get the cleanest fillet.
3. Pre-cool the oil in the freezer.
4. Pass all the ingredients (carrots, herring fillets, butter) through a meat grinder using a strainer with large holes.
5. Leave the dish for 10-15 minutes, and then stir.
Prepare sandwiches, decorate them with chopped green onions on top and help yourself.
