Step-by-step cooking
Dissolve sugar and salt in warm milk.
Add the sifted flour. Pour the yeast on the flour and mix them well.
Knead the dough.
Add vegetable oil and mix it into the dough.
Put the dough to fit in a warm place.
Roll out the dough into a layer, grease it with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon mixed with sugar.
Roll the layer into a roll and cut it lengthwise into two parts.
Weave both halves together and connect the ends of the roll.
Grease the roll with egg and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
