Step-by-step cooking
Lasagna... do you feel the taste of something Italian? At the mention of one word – lasagna – my mouth fills with saliva, although I tried it not in Italy, but in a friend's kitchen. But the effect is simply amazing. I myself do not like to cook food for a long time, I am satisfied with cooking recipes in which everything is done quickly and what is missing is replaced by something close in spirit and taste. So I came across a dish of lazy lasagna with champignons. And why not, in fact, because lazy cabbage rolls suit everyone, and what's worse than lasagna?
I boil pasta, preferably some plump ones, well, there are horns, small feathers, bows. While the pasta is cooking, I cut the champignons into plates, onion and garlic – finely. Fry the onion with garlic, add mushrooms and stew for about 10 minutes. Salt, pepper, add butter and 250 gr. sour cream. On low heat, I languish all this for 10 minutes under the lid. In a deep frying pan I put a third of pasta, mushrooms, grated cheese, again a layer of pasta, mushrooms, cheese, and again in the same order. Pour sour cream mixed with flour and put in the oven for half an hour.
