Step 1:
Here are all the necessary ingredients. It should be remembered that the cream will rise only with a fat content of 30% or higher. If you do not know how to properly whip cream, then I will share my secrets from personal experience: first, before preparing whipped cream, they need to be properly cooled. Secondly, it is also advisable to keep the dishes in which we will beat the cream in the freezer for 10 minutes before whipping so that it is cold
Step 2:
Start whipping cream. It is advisable to do this at low speeds - the main thing here is not to overdo it with whipping, otherwise they may simply turn into butter. So, to start, whisk the cream at a minimum speed for about 2-3 minutes
Step 3:
Now mix the powdered sugar, which was previously sifted through a sieve, and vanilla. Then, without stopping whipping, we gradually add the powder to the cream
Step 4:
Continue to beat at low speed for another 2-3 minutes until soft peaks. As soon as peaks appear, whipping should be stopped

Our cream is ready

We try it as a dessert or use it as a layer for a cake or cakes
Whipped cream with powdered sugar is quite self-sufficient and easy to prepare dessert. But you can easily diversify it by adding berries or fruits according to the season and taste! I really like cream with strawberries, you can add frozen berries, after defrosting them.
Also perfectly harmonizes with this dessert jelly, cut into cubes. In summer, you can decorate ice cream with whipped cream on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate or pour syrup - it will also turn out great!
My loved ones and I fell in love with this delicacy both as a separate dessert and as a layer for cakes. Gentle, delicious, airy!
Of course, we understand that tenderness and lightness does not cancel the high calorie content of any dish with whipped cream! Therefore, if you need to limit yourself in calories and watch your figure, then you can afford such a dessert, but very, very rarely!
