Step 1:
Mine and sort out the gooseberries. Pour boiling water over the oranges and wash them well. Cut into slices and choose the bones.
Step 2:
Skip the gooseberries and oranges through a meat grinder or grind with a blender. Mix well.
Step 3:
Add sugar, mix and leave overnight. In the morning, mix again. It is necessary for the sugar to dissolve. We lay out the finished cold jam in sterile jars, close them with lids (you can use nylon ones) and store them in the refrigerator. You can put it in a container and freeze it. For this option, sugar is not needed.
