Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the sauce. In the classic recipe for Big Teisti sauce, which is prepared at McDonald's, special salad dressings and sauces of well-known companies are used. If desired, you can purchase such, but you can also do with ordinary mayonnaise and ketchup, which are always found in the refrigerator. In addition, you need a few pieces of pickled cucumbers, onions, a little sweet paprika, salt, apple cider vinegar. You can add spices to taste.
Step 2:
Pickled cucumbers are finely chopped with a knife or grated, the second option is preferable so that large pieces of pickled cucumbers do not spoil the taste and appearance of the sauce. Onions are cleaned from the husk and finely chopped with a knife, it will be difficult to grate the onion.
Step 3:
Put mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl, stir.
Step 4:
Add chopped pickled cucumbers and onions. Mix it up.
Step 5:
Add spices: salt, sugar, sweet paprika and vinegar. Mix it up. You can simplify and speed up the sauce preparation process if you use a blender. It is enough to put all the ingredients in a blender bowl and grind to a mushy mass. You need to warm up the sauce in the microwave at an average power for about 30 seconds, for this you should use a suitable dish. Then we tighten the bowl with the sauce with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 6:
The sauce can be served to the table, and not necessarily only with a burger, this sauce perfectly complements any meat dish. In some recipes of homemade Big Testi sauce, instead of pickled cucumbers, the "liquid smoke" flavor is used. The taste of the sauce is significantly different from the one prepared according to this recipe, but it is also interesting and pleasant. Bon appetit!
