A simple recipe, but the vegetables are just excellent.
We sterilize the lids and jars.
I wash all the vegetables very carefully. Cut the pepper into two parts, remove the seeds and the core.
We dry the vegetables.
We put different spices on the bottom of the jars, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers on top of them. On top - spices again.
Pour boiling water over everything, cover with a lid, keep for 15 minutes.
Pour water into a saucepan, put sugar, boil.
Pour salt into a jar, pour boiling solution. Pour vinegar under the lid, roll it up immediately, turn it over on the lid, wrap it up and keep it for 10-12 hours.
