Cooking method
The recipe is designed for a 3-liter jar. Wash the tomatoes and put them in clean jars. Pour cold water (to determine its amount for brine). Then pour it into a saucepan, add all the ingredients except vinegar, and bring to a boil. Pour hot brine into jars with tomatoes and put on sterilization for 20 minutes. The water temperature is 80-85 degrees. At the end of sterilization, add vinegar, remove the jars and roll up. Turn it over on the lid, wrap it up until it cools completely.
